Developing Communities Project, Inc. works through congregations, neighborhood groups, and organizations to engage, train, and empower grassroots leaders to organize the residents of Greater Roseland to advocate for services and public policies that improve their quality of life. DCP trains and empowers residents with leadership, public policy, advocacy, and community organizing skills to address issues such as poverty, unemployment, urban violence, low educational achievement, public safety, environmental justice, and limited access to resources, especially transportation.
