The Penn Spring 2016 Class’s evaluators found their $15,000 grant to the University City District West Philadelphia Skills Initiative to be a good decision with a good outcome because the money was used as intended. The West Philadelphia Skills Initiative’s mission is to improve economic vitality and quality of life in the University City area. This donation helped provide training to clients and connect them with partnered employers upon program completion.
