The Crossings (Virginia Supportive Housing) at 4th and Preston provides permanent housing and support services for 30 previously homeless individuals and 30 individuals in need of affordable housing. The Crossings is Earth Craft Certified and won the 2012 Governor’s Award for Best Energy Conservation Effort.
