Arts Council of the Brazos Valley exists to make the arts accessible to all residents and visitors of the Brazos Valley. The $5,641.44 grant went to support the rural sub-grant program. This program raises money and then allows rural arts organizations to apply for a grant to support their efforts.The majority, or 93%, of the Texas A&M University Spring 2017 Class found their contribution to Arts Council of the Brazos Valley to be a good decision with a good outcome because they used the funds for their intented purposes and were able to serve 4,844 people through the sub-grant program. The remaining 7% thought the grant was a good decision with a bad outcome because the organization did not achieve their projected goals.
