Vera Court Neighborhood Center Inc. serves families on the Northside of Madison, WI, primarily in the Vera Court neighborhood. Their mission is to transform lives through improving the health, wellbeing, and education of underserved youth, families, and community members. This grant will support their high school programs, primarily college preparation and readiness programs.
